What should I do to my hair (pics included!)?

I am going into senior year (yes I am 17; just look young for my age!), so I want a change since my hair always looks the same and I can experiment before school starts in late August. I am growing it out, so nothing that requires really short hair. Haha.

Reply:maybe you should get side banges, and if its going to be at least to your shoulders, you might want to get layers, thats what i have, and it looks really good on me, and no offence but i thought you were like 12.

Reply:idk depends on wat kinda style you want, i would definitley suggest sum kind of colur if u can but it dosent have to be strong
Reply:Continue to grow it out, you are a beautiful girl, and I think maybe a side swept bang would work well with your face shape, maybe even some honey coloured highlights if you wanna change the colour.

Reply:BOBS are %26quot;the thing%26quot; at the hair shows; in the magazines. Have your stylist cut a long bob, tapered toward your face. Change your part to the side. Get a few foiled-in highlights if you can afford them; they last a VERY long time. Try caramel or copper highlights in your dark hair, or both if you can!

Reply:I definitely say add lotsa layers, hun! You have a bit of wave in your hair and some volume and definition would do wonders. Maybe a bit of a side-swipe bang too. And start parting your hair to the side. Also, add lots of volume by teasing and use a curl spray and diffuse it. Work the waves and curl... especially for summer. Once it gets longer, if you want it out of your face, pull it into a side pony by your neck(with lots of curl) Very cute.
